I have only used it a couple of times so far in the BWCA, but on numerous local trips. But the Timberline Outfitter 6 man tent is nice and roomy for 4 people for sure, haven't tried 5 adults though. 2 adults and 4 kids worked good though. it wieghs in at 18-19 lbs. It worked good to divide it among a couple of packs.

I have a North Face Bedrock, it is a 5 man tent with 2 vestibules & the rain fly goes completely to the ground. It is also large enough to stand up in. I have used it in the BW on 4 trips & 2 Supeirior Hiking trips along with several other car camping trips, so far it has stood up to all that mother nature has thrown our way.

WW I'm not familar with that tent, but I think you make a great point -- the double vestibule. I have a two-man tent that I actual use for two. The reason I am able to do that is that there are two doors and two vestibules. With two doors you don't need to climb over your partner. With two vestibules, you each have some storeage area that doesn't take up sleeping space. I also have a two man tent with one door and one vestbule. It was my main motivation for getting a new tent with two doors and vestibules. It is now a solo tent. :-) I guess my point is that a four man tent will work for four if it has two doors and vestibules.

We have been using an Alps tent the last 2 years for outfitting and have found them quite roomy.
These tents are easy to put up and if it says a 4 man tent, you can usually fit 4 real people in it, etcetera.

I had a Cabela's BW tent and I did not like it. An A-frame tent. It was cheap enough but I guess I got what I paid for. The nylon just did not hold up.
