I was in the market for a lighter summer sleeping bag, so last weekend I stopped at Cabela's & bought their Boundary Waters 40 deg. down bag. It comes with a neat waterproof compression sack that works simular to a therma-rest but uses the valve to keep all the air out., packs to about the size of a grape fruit. The one I got was the 40 deg. long rectangle (I need the width of the long & like to have leg room)
BOUNDARY WATERS BAG
Well I tested it sleeping out on my screen porch last night. It was in the low 40's damp, windy & raining. I stayed nice & toasty warm ;D I will give it two thumbs up!
Anyone else want to share a bag review?

I bought the 20 degree version about a year and a half ago. I've used it in the BW and on various miscellaneous camping trips since with air temps as low as 25 degrees. I kept cozy warm. I've fallen in love with the way the down bags drift around me. As for the bag, I use it to store my dry-fly, but I keep the down bag in a normal compression sack. We can now put 2 bags in the same compression sack I used to use for just 1 bag; down really is that compressable!
