Anyone have any experience with enamel frying pans? I saw one at a local sporting goods store; it was light, about 10 inches wide and for under 10.00 Would it burn everything I cook in it and would food stick? Thanks

Irishcanoe,
We have one at home, 12", that we use almost exclusively on the stove. We allways give it shot of non-stick cooking spray, unless its just bacon we are cooking. I have burned stuff in it, but blame excessive heat and not enough patience. It can be a real pain in the butt to clean after that. We have taken it car camping, but no where else. I wouldn't take it into the B-dub merely for the fear of burning a meal to it on the fire.

Jim, Thanks for the reply; at under 10.00 I may try one at home and see how it works. Our first BW trip this year is at the end of May, if I take one I'll let you now how it faired.
